We are a family-based business out of Oliver Springs, Tennessee. Marla, the owner has a master’s degree in management and was involved in many organizational projects during her 25 years in the service industry as a manager and director. She stepped out of the corporate world to raise her family that included 8 children and a grandfather who needed help downsizing after the death of a beloved grandmother. Marla experienced a transition from the home that she lived in for over 20 years due to a relocation of work; and most recently a home transition due to a divorce.
About Us
She is detailed oriented when it comes to cleanliness, organization and landscaping. Her love of auctions started with going to them as a child with her father. She also remembers spending hours at an auction house waiting for her grandmother’s dishes to come up for bid. She looks forward to getting her auctioneer license in 2026. She finds that online auctions are a more efficient way to sell and purchase items. Her goal is to have a family business that helps families in transition by providing a compassionate high quality service for generations to come.
